Refund policy
NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. Just Fabulous does not provide cash or credit card refunds. We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing and/or receiving your item (if ordered online) to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, art or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). In addition, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we cannot accept returns of any clothing items, including without limitation t-shirts, tank tops and face masks. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
All Sale Items are sold "As-Is" and may not be returned. Also, Gift Cards may not be returned for cash or credit card refund.
