Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times - All Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Carrier transit times – We are not responsible for delays due to the actions by our affiliated carriers including but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Please contact the carrier directly to make a claim regarding delays or failed deliveries.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates - Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the wide variety of Goods offered on Our site, shipment cost will be determined by the size and weight of each Item(s) in Your Order.
● Shipping method: UPS Ground Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
● Shipping method: UPS 2nd Day Air Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
● Shipping method: UPS Next Day Air Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
● Shipping method: USPS Ground Advantage Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air deliveries will only be shipped out Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. Delivery delays beyond our control can occasionally occur.
International Shipping Policy
Just Fabulous ships to the US and Canada Only.
We cannot provide any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination. Buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
● Shipping Method: DHL Express Estimated delivery time: 3-14 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Special Order Goods Policy
Special Order Goods including but not limited to artwork, limited-edition Goods, Christmas trees, neon lights, and oversized items may require special rates and variable delivery times.
Books that are special ordered from one of our Book Signing events will need additional time to be processed and can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks after the event to be processed and sent to you. On rare occasions, due to Author scheduling conflicts, books may take longer to process. If there is a delay more than 8 weeks, We will contact you via email or telephone. Please feel free to contact us at 760-864-1300 if you have any questions regarding your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Just Fabulous is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Just Fabulous is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Additional Information
● Just Fabulous has the right to hold and/or cancel any orders flagged for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified via email.
● Orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders or special order items.
● Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
● Orders that are flagged for a security review may be asked to verify additional information, we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
● On rare occasion, Orders will require additional shipping charges if the items purchased require additional packaging or special care. You will be contacted by our team if Your Order is affected.
