This booklet and the accompanying maps will help you design your own self-driving tour of the significant architecture of the Coachella Valley. In compiling this list of more than 100 important buildings, we have placed special emphasis on those buildings that can be seen from the public right-of-way. This should not be construed as diminishing the importance of the great architecture hidden behind the gates and hedges of our country clubs and private communities. Any omissions of specific properties are the sole responsibilty of the authors.
