Ordered over 10 ornaments on December 26 and order confirmed. The next day I received a phone call from JF from someone that said they were pulling my order and confirming my zip code — odd. But I thought that’s good they’re shipping out-of-season stock asap. Skip to a few days later there’s no tracking information sent to email or thru the JF site. After inquiring I’m told that my order has been pulled and they would “ship out Monday at the latest.” Two days later 3 items are cancelled from my order with no option to add other items. On January 17 — 22 days from purchase — the items arrive. They were wrapped like you would see in a store for quick travel to home. A little tissue paper and gift box. The taxi ornament was broken. Also, no itemized list included in the box. And not even a sad little discount code for a future purchase. Just really disappointed.
